2011, a year to remember

As 2011 has now ended, I have had to say that the year has truly been an memorable one.
recap: started the new year with close friends at Mel’s house. McCrae beach with the McNeill family. Epic cake making attempt it the most basic kitchen with the shittest cooking utensils with Barrat and Charlotte (up in Banksia). Dancing and drinking the day/night away at Future Music Festival, met some rad people (including Scottish boy, forever will i remember you any time Dizzee Rascal comes on the radio). Celebrated Suds 1st birthday. Getting my P’s (FINALLY). Taking Sus for a drive to Maccas! Driving to Flinders solo, and receiving my first speeding fine. SUPAFEST. Rae’s birthday dinner at the Longroom. Gaelles birthday party. Wine night with Gaelle. Lys 21st birthday. Being a ”Ho” for the weekend at Hotham. Snowboarding, but really fallin on my ass the whole time. Celebrating Sophie’s return to Melbourne. Ho’s 19th birthday. Roadtripping down to Torquay with Sophie. BALI with Caro for a week. Rode an elephant. Rafted down the river. Han’s 21st Oktoberfest! AA Ball. Jinny’s Wedding. Roadtripping down to Flinders and Sunny ridge with Sus and the girls. Skydiving with my sisters. CAMBODIA. KSEDO. Angkor Wat 10km run. VIETNAM. HALONG BAY. NHA TRANG. SAIGON.

include the amount of free movies i watched, coffee runs, also countless nights spent eating at my house where we watched movies, gossiped, sometimes not talking to each other. laughing at the most ridiculous thing.
put uni somewhere in the mix, laughing at the stupidity of some of the lecturers, wanting to smuggle home the children I worked with and the movie quotes Sare and I bored the other girls with.
the nights were i jammed with clare bowditch and the gang for queensland flood benefit, shimmied with kimbra and did the dougie with bruno mars.

thank you to all my friends for all great 2011 memories. 2011 had many things were crossed off the bucket list. new friends formed. life lessons learnt. so i know that 2012 will be an even better year and i can’t wait to have all these share many more memorable moments with all my friends.
